Construction Management

(CM) at Risk

Acting as a consultant to the Owner, we provide input during the design, conduct the bid event and establish the control estimate, issue and hold the contracts and provide construction services from start to finish resulting in a low risk sequence for the Owner.

General Contracting

(Lump Sum)

The traditional approach where a lump sum price is provided on a completed set of project documents with a defined scope. A simple straight forward delivery that can deliver the best value at the least cost.
